At Celvim, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy under certain conditions. Please read the following information carefully:
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering, provided that:
- The product is unopened, sealed, and in saleable condition.
- The return request is made within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@celvim.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Process
- Contact us via email at returns@celvim.com.au within 30 days of receiving your product to request a return.
- Once approved, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Please ensure the product is in its original, unopened, and sealed condition.
- Send the product back to the following address:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at returns@celvim.com.au. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products that are not in saleable condition.
- Sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
