This shipping policy outlines our order processing times, delivery methods, shipping costs, tracking information, and other key details. All our shipping practices comply with Australian consumer law and align with services offered by Australia Post and other trusted carriers.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We deliver Australia-wide using the following reputable shipping partners:

  • Australia Post (Standard and Express shipping options)
  • Sendle (for selected deliveries)
  • Courier services (used for bulk or larger orders)

We select the most efficient delivery method based on your location and order size.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your package.
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on all orders over $100.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.
  • Express Shipping: Available through Australia Post and Sendle, with most express orders arriving within 2 to 4 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within Australia.
  • PO Box addresses are accepted by Australia Post but may not be eligible for delivery via Sendle or some courier services. To avoid delivery issues, we recommend using a street address whenever possible.

Delivery Issues and Delays

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact our support team at info@celvim.com.au. We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it is unclaimed (e.g. not collected from a post office or depot), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Packaging and Sustainability
